Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what a woman can achieve through the force and knowledge that comes from being a teenager. She's an actress, author and health expert. The talk-show host hosts and creates it. Perpetual Motion has no doubt been a major factor in her gaining the title. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She believes that health will allow you to do whatever you want to do. However, it wasn't always that way. The girl was a yoyo-dieter in her teens, and was watching her weight rise. She indulged in emotional foods and felt sick all the times. In her 50's, when parents of both her had died-her mother due to problems with arthritis and her father after to a heart attack that was fatal, she began to realize that she had control over her own life. It wasn't about dieting, but finding methods to maximize the function of the body. She is a star in CBS's comedy 2 Broke Girls where she portrays Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who owns and operates the cleaning services.
